Who operates this site

Data a visit creates

The host may briefly process the technical data any web server receives: IP address, date and time, the page requested, and the browser type. We use that to deliver the page and to keep the server secure. We do not build our own marketing profiles from it.

Email

If you email info@vebsana.lt, we process your address and the message so we can reply. The basis is our legitimate interest in answering you, or steps you asked for before a contract, for example an advertising enquiry.

Storage on your device

The site stores two values in local storage, not in an advertising cookie of our own. One remembers light or dark theme. The other remembers whether you allowed advertising. They stay on your device until you clear them. We do not send them to an analytics company.

Advertising

The site is prepared for Google AdSense. Advertising is switched off until a publisher ID is set in the site configuration and the site is rebuilt. While it is off, we do not load Google’s advertising script and we do not ask Google to set advertising cookies.

If advertising is later switched on, the Google script loads only after you choose Allow ads. Google may then process data such as your IP address and device information to show and measure ads. Google describes that processing in its own privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy. You can reject ads and still read every guide.

Legal bases and retention

Serving the site and keeping short server logs rests on legitimate interest under GDPR Article 6(1)(f). Remembering an advertising choice and loading ads you allowed rests on consent under Article 6(1)(a). Replying to email rests on legitimate interest or on pre-contractual steps under Article 6(1)(b).

The host rotates technical logs on its own schedule, typically a short operational period. Local storage remains until you clear site data. Email is kept as long as the conversation needs and any legal duty requires.

Sharing and transfers

We do not sell personal data. The host processes technical logs for us. If ads are on and you consent, Google receives the advertising data described above and may process it outside the European Economic Area under its own transfer tools. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction, and a copy of personal data we hold, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it by choosing Reject ads or by clearing this site’s storage. Withdrawal does not undo processing that already happened. Email info@vebsana.lt. We may need to confirm it is you.
